Kristi Q. Ngo specializes in EB-5 investments, employment-based visa programs, and family-based visa categories. Regarding the EB-5 practice, Kristi advises foreign investors, project developers, and regional centers on all aspects of the EB-5 program, including direct and regional center investment, source of funds strategy, regional center formation, and EB-5 project structuring and securities offerings.
Kristi has successfully represented professional and corporate clients on various employment-based immigration matters, including L-1, PERM labor certification process, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, and National Interest Waiver. Prior to joining Schuchert Lewis & Ngo, LLP, Kristi managed the immigration practice group of an international, full-service law firm.
Additionally, Kristi has significant experience advising individual and corporate clients on a wide range of legal matters, including family law, employment law, and business and commercial law.
Kristi earned her B.A. from the University of California, Irvine and her J.D. from Chapman University School of Law. She is fluent in Vietnamese.
