Mr. Christopher Dao immigrated from Vietnam to America in 1990. He decided against college to begin working to support his family. With entrepreneurship in his blood, in 1993, he opened his first business which he sold in 1998, and used the profits to finance his college education. After graduation, Mr. Dao worked with GMAC Real Estate. For 5 consecutive years, between 2003 and 2007, he achieved Top Producer Awards.

In 2009, realizing how much help the next generation of Vietnamese immigrants need, Mr. Dao founded U.S. Investment Services (USIS) whose mission is to “provide world class mentorship and guidance to help Vietnamese youth reach their maximum potential.” In 2010, USIS hosted Hon. Jim Douglas, Governor of Vermont and President of the National Governors Association, in Vietnam, for the first time ever to introduce theEB-5 program to Vietnamese investors.

After 10 years of serving the Vietnamese Community, USIS has helped more than 400 families obtain their green cards and realize their American Dream while bringing more than 300 million dollars in investment into the US and creating more than 4,000 local full-time jobs.

In 2014, Mr. Dao was recognized by Esquire Magazine for his dedication.

In May 2018, he was honored by the State of California Senate and United States Congress for his invaluable contributions to America’s diverse communities.

Significantly, in November 2018 Mr. Dao was honored by President Donald Trump with Lifetime Achievement Award.

In May 2019 through his leadership, his company USIS Group, was rewarded the “International Champion Award” by IIUSA. He was recently recognized as a Top 50 CEO by EB-5 Investors Magazine.

Mr. Dao achieved a bachelor’s in economics in 2009.

He is now Founder and President of Investor Capital, Inc.­­­­ that has offices in Newport Beach, California and Hochiminh City, Vietnam. He is a real estate consultant at Keller Williams Huntington Beach. DRE # 02188436. Over decades he has assisted a great number of buyers and investors purchasing properties in California. Many were cash buyers.

He and his wife, Mira and his chldren Sophia, Lincoln, and Ester spend their time in California, US, and Saigon, Vietnam.
